Terms of Service

Payment Term
  • Service fees are payable in two installments:
  • The first installment is due at the start of the process and must be at least 25% of the total fee or $400, whichever is higher.
  • The remaining balance is due on or before application submission.
Government Fees
  • Due at the time of application submission.
  • Clients can make the payment directly using their debit/credit card.
  • Alternatively, clients can transfer the amount to the RCIC, who will then make the payment on their behalf.
What’s Included in the Service
  • Representation: Authorized representation to the IRCC by a CICC-licensed Immigration Consultant.
  • Initial Steps: Gathering of essential information and provision of a document checklist along with guidance.
  • Document Management: Review and management of documents and information.
  • Application Handling: Preparation and submission of the application.
  • Ongoing Communication: Continuous follow-up and correspondence with the IRCC until the final decision is reached.
Additional Costs and Conditions
  • No additional costs will be applied if the IRCC requests supplementary documents, and the RCIC only needs to upload the document(s) to the portal.
  • If the IRCC requests further information or sends a procedural fairness letter, additional fees may be incurred based on the required work by the RCIC and their team.
